“Being a big fan of Metal bands in the 80s l like the themes that ran through a lot of their merchandise. Derek Riggs (Iron Maiden designer) ensured that everything had the same theme to it and Iron Maiden became a marketers dream. My band will never be as well known as Iron Maiden but I wanted to have our shirts and merchandise designed to a high standard and looking similar in design and theme. The Dread Storm name was taken partly from my band In Dread Response and a documentary about the firestorms in Dresden I was watching one day on The History Channel.”
